Our Team
We know that our service is only as good as our caregivers and we understand the enormous trust and confidence you place in us. Respect, compassion and experience are required qualities. All of our caregivers have previous experience and recieve professional training prior to assisting those we serve.
Management
- Our Director of Clinical Services, Nichole Moran RN with over 10 years experience in health-care, evaluates new clients, creates an individualized Care Plan and supervises caregivers
- We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year and are always available.
Training and Support
- Our caregivers are introduced to each client on their first visit by our Outreach Coordinator, Bessie Moran. This introduction is important for the client and caregiver to feel comfortable.
- We provide innovative training and support for our caregivers including monthly trainings on how best to care for clients with specialized care needs.
Hiring Practices
- Our caregivers go through an extensive screening process to include an in depth personal interview, criminal background check, RMV check, state nurses aide licensing check, physicians health statement, and professional reference checks.
- All candidates must pass competency and communication proficiency tests. These tests are not mandated by the state, nor are they common in the industry, they allow us to carefully select the highest caliber of staff.
Employee vs. Subcontractor
- Our Caregivers are true employees, not subcontractors. We pay the payroll taxes, employers liability, workers' compensation, general and professional liability insurance. All employess are bonded, this frees clients and their families from these responsibilities.
